How to contribute
File an entry in three steps.
Pick a section
A directory listing for a real, visitable place. A reference document for a source-checked file. Choose one — you can file more later.
Fill in the record
Address, hours and contact details for a listing. Title, category and source for a document. Every field is small, every field is checked.
An editor reviews
Every submission is opened by a human. If we can verify it, it is filed. If we cannot, you hear back — never a silent rejection.

Who can submit a directory listing?

Anyone. You do not need to own the business — an accurate, visitable record from a customer or neighbour is welcome. All entries are verified by an editor before filing.
What file formats work for the Reference Library?

PDFs primarily. If you have another format (docx, csv, xls, epub), send it through and an editor will convert or annotate as needed before filing.
How long does verification take?

Most directory listings are filed within 48 hours. Reference documents take longer because they are read past the summary. If we cannot verify an entry, we write back.
Can I edit an entry after it is filed?

Yes. Any signed-in contributor can request edits to entries they submitted. Editors handle third-party correction requests through the contact form.
Is there a limit on submissions?

No numeric limit. There is an editorial one — the archive is curated, not crowd-sourced. Quality entries move through quickly.
